Why am I being asked to complete the survey?

Since we do not keep records of our program’s visitors, this email was sent to all employees. The ombuds program does not keep or release information about specific individuals following the program’s practices and terms of use so we cannot reach out directly to employees who have used the program.

If you have used the program’s services in the last three years, please participate in the survey.

What kinds of questions are on the survey?

The survey asks general questions about your experience using the ombuds program’s services and includes a comment section at the end.

What if I did not use the ombuds program’s services in the last three years?

If you did not use the program’s services in the last three years, you do not need to participate in the survey.

How long will the survey take?

The survey takes two to three minutes to complete.

How long is the survey open?

The survey opens February 10, 2020, and closes February 21, 2020.

What will the survey results be used for?

Information gathered through the survey will be used as part of the ombuds program’s self-evaluation and aggregate information may be included in reports to university leadership.
